Refund policy

CheerCon Return Policy:

- CheerCon does not provide refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

- Goods can be exchanged for sizing issues under the following terms:

1. The customer is responsible for the freight cost to our Newcastle depot.
2. Once received, CheerCon will exchange the item and cover the freight cost back to the customer.

- This exchange is limited to one swap per order per customer.

- In the case of faulty goods, CheerCon will cover the freight for returning the faulty item and sending a replacement.

- All swaps or replacements must be initiated within 5 business days of the goods arriving.
