CheerCon reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms of use.

 

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1. Payment Terms
Ownership of all goods remain the property of CheerCon until all invoices are paid in full.
3.2. Payment is required up front before goods are ordered.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser, as long as such shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site.
4.2 Delivery of goods is from 2-8 weeks depending on type of goods.
4.3 Additional items added to orders will be seen as a new order with a new invoice and new time frame.

 

5. RETURNS

5.1. QUALITY GUARANTEE
If goods are faulty on time of arrival, or incorrect sizing was made compared to what was ordered we will replace goods (we must be notified within a week of goods being received).

 

6. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

6.1. The refunds and exchanges policy applies to all purchases of products using the website and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. We do not offer refunds once order is placed.
6.3. We do not replace goods based on deterioration from wear and tear, it is important for customers to follow all washing instructions, and understand that we are in a contact sport, so while all care is taken making the garments, we cannot take responsibility for items like crystals coming off garments when worn.
